    Dyanne L. Peters is a senior attorney with Tinnelly Law Group. Dyanne received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of San Diego School of Law with a concentration in Business and Corporate Law. In law school, Dyanne founded and led as President the Real Estate & Land Use Society and served as the Chief Comment Editor of the San Diego International Law Journal.

    Dyanne served as a mentor in Law School, and additionally received Pro Bono Recognition for service to the community. She was awarded a merit scholarship, the Student Leadership Scholarship in 2014 and 2015, and the Irvin and Eleanor B. Kahn Endowed Scholarship.

    Dyanne previously interned for the San Diego City Attorney's Office in the Land Use Division and clerked at Lounsbery Ferguson Altona & Peak, L.L.P., a land use and real estate firm. Before passing the bar, Dyanne also worked as a law clerk for a common interest development firm in Southern California. Dyanne is currently admitted to practice in all California courts and in the Southern and Central district courts.

    As part of the CAI-OC Education Committee, Dyanne teaches community leadership and other educational programs and has published many industry-related articles.

    Patrick Prendiville started Prendiville Insurance Agency in 1988 after graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Patrick has earned the “Community Insurance and Risk Management Specialist (CIRMS)” designation from Community Associations Institute (CAI). Over the years, Patrick has been actively involved in multiple chapters of CAI. Highlights of Patrick’s involvement with Community Association Institute’s local Chapters Include:

    Richard Williamson serves on multiple community associations board of directors in Orange County in the roles of board treasurer and secretary. He leads annual budget development and financial investing for those associations and is an active member of the CAI-OC Education and Publications committees. He co-presented the Financial Investing for the Future of Your Association course to CAI-OC members in November 2022.

    Richard earned Bachelors and Masters Degrees at the University of Delaware in mass communications and journalism. His career experience includes public relations, marketing, and business development, systems of systems program management, cyber security and policy management, and future systems capability developmental planning.
