  • How EQ can make you more successful
  • Learn about different forms of communications and how they can create positive interactions
  • Improve your EQ skills by knowing your audience to effectively communicate
  • Receive practical applications such as a self-evaluation exercise, measuring EQ, and creating a plan
  • Applying the strategies learned for using EQ in the real world


This program was coordinated by: Marla Miller, CMCA, AMS, PCAM of Niguel Shores Community Association and Madisen Glendenning of BEHR Paint Company.


Late registration is after 5:00 pm on January 4th.

Registration will be closed on Tuesday January 9th at 5:00 p.m.


This course is approved by Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) to fulfill 1 continuing education unit for the CMCA® certification. Visit www.caionline.org/education for details. Registered attendees must check in at registration and pick up their name badge to be awarded CEUs for this event.
