Taking on Bullies and Harassment in your Community

• Conflict Resolution - Learn tips on preparing for and handling hostile or emotionally charged interactions. Explore resolution tactics for issues arising between Board Members and Managers or neighbor to neighbor conflict.
• Is it Bullying or Harassment? - Not all conflict rises to bullying or harassment. Explore how to distinguish the difference and protect not only homeowners and Board Members, but also Managers and Vendors.
• Duty to Take Action - Explore what falls under the responsibility of Managers to get involved and take action.
• Discrimination - Dive into the definition, implications and lawful responsibilities associated with conflict that falls under the legal classification of discrimination.
• When to Bring in an Attorney - Discuss appropriate circumstances to escalate bullying, harassment or discrimination issues to legal counsel and what their responsibilities entail.
