By implementing preventive maintenance strategies, HOA boards can extend component lifespans thus reducing reserves, demonstrate active community upkeep to insurers, preserve eligibility for mortgage loans from lenders. Our focus is on offering practical strategies for HOAs to adapt to these changes while boosting property values.

The recent events of Rancho PV landslides and the Surfside collapse in Florida have raised concerns about the structural stability of existing residential buildings and land.
